Animal Control
Newton Animal Control provides animal control services to Branchville under a shared services agreement. For non-emergency matters, the most efficient way to reach Animal Control is by email at animalcontrol@newtonpolice.org. For emergencies, or to speak with an Animal Control Officer, please call (973) 383-2525 and select Option 0. A police dispatcher will take your information and ensure an officer contacts you promptly.

The Sussex County Office of Mosquito Control applies pesticides throughout the year. We are usually notified the day before an application is made in our Borough.
