An Ordinance Fixing Salaries and Wages for Officials and Employees of the Borough of Branchville, Sussex County, New Jersey
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Borough Council of the Borough of Branchville that the schedule of range of salaries and wages set forth below be used effective. After ordinance adoption to those persons holding various offices, positions and jobs set forth: below:

| Road Foreman | $34 per hour | $40 per hour |
| Board of Health | $1000 | $2000 |
FURTHER ORDAINED THAT the rate of pay for a particular official or employee is to be fixed by the Resolution of the Borough Council within the range of the rate schedule above set forth.
TAKE NOTICE that the above ordinance was passed on the first reading at a regular meeting of the Borough Council of the Borough of Branchville held on November 6, 2024 and that a public hearing on said Ordinance will be held at a regular meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. on December 4, 2024 at the Branchville Borough Municipal Office, 34 Wantage Avenue, Branchville, NJ at which time and place all interested parties may appear and be heard.
