Branchville Borough Resolution #18-2024

TAX REFUND RESOLUTION

Whereas, a tax payment was made in the amount of $2576.38 on Block 204 Lot 23 by the owner's mortgage lender;

Whereas, the mortgage lender is stating the payment was made by them in error and needs to be refunded;

Whereas, a request has been made from Corelogic for a refund in the amount $2576.38;

Whereas, a refund will be sent in the amount of $2576.38 as requested.
